Hardware System Architecture
The vending machine hardware system primarily consists of a smart control motherboard, a touch LCD screen, a motor driver board, as well as components like bill/coin mechanisms and electronic locks or motorized actuators. It can also be expanded with additional peripherals such as RF card readers and cameras, enabling the machine to perform a variety of functions.

Compatible with displays and touchscreens of various sizes, featuring a highly intuitive human-machine interaction interface, and supporting playback of videos and images in multiple formats. Remote, real-time control, updates, and multimedia ad publishing can be easily achieved via networks such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and 4G.

The device supports multiple payment methods, including scan-to-pay via WeChat and Alipay, cash payments, and membership payments.
4. Powerful Remote Backend Management System
(1) Automatically aggregates sales data, making it easy to view daily and monthly sales figures.
(2) Use the product management feature to easily list and modify product images, names, and prices for various devices—making management simple and efficient.
(3) Device management functionality allows you to add machines and modify their backend passwords. You can also directly check the inventory levels of each device product in the backend, complete with an inventory alert feature that enables administrators to promptly restock as needed.
Member Management
The operator can manage all members, handling detailed information such as member ID, member name code, birthday, gender, membership level, address, email, and more—including modifying, adding, deactivating, and reviewing these records. Additionally, the operator can query the member list, check member balances, track points accumulation and details, and perform manual operations like recharging accounts, processing member refunds, and adjusting point balances. The system automatically logs all transactions, including account recharges, purchases, changes in account balance, and point adjustments—along with relevant details like order numbers, timestamps, and amounts. Operators can also search historical records based on multiple criteria, such as selected dates, member IDs, or names, and even export the results for further use.
Application scenarios
The vending machine solution has a wide range of applications, including various fast-moving consumer goods (such as beverages and snacks), adult products, and agricultural and livestock items (like alcoholic beverages, tea, dairy products, etc.). Even something as small as a single condom or as large as a bag of rice can be sold through vending machines.
