In her speech, Liang Haizhen, a second-level researcher at the Information Technology Development Division of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out that in recent years, Guangzhou has consistently adhered to the principle of "attracting industries through ecological development and fostering innovation through scenario-driven approaches." Relying on the "chain leader system" mechanism, Guangzhou has been promoting deep integration among government, industry, academia, research, and application, with a particular focus on foundational software areas such as operating systems and chips. Lin Jianfeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangzhou Software Industry Association, stated that Kirin Software, through continuous technological breakthroughs, ecosystem building, and industrial empowerment, has provided a secure and trustworthy underlying support for the cyberspace and information technology endeavors in South China.
